Annette Wolf was born in the San Fernando Valley of California. Being more or less allergic to sunlight, she finally achieved her life goal of moving to the Pacific Northwest at age 26. Now she gets to write with the sound of actual rain outside, not just recordings.

Annette writes speculative fiction of all kinds, with a tendency toward ride-or-die besties, queer protagonists, and romance sub-plots.

Nowadays Annette lives in Maple Valley, WA, with her partner, kid, Bernese Mountain Dog, and two derpy cats. When she's not writing, you can find her working a day job in tech, gardening, and installing more bookshelves (again).
